I very rarely write about Pierhouse but today I felt compelled to. In order to retain our Gold Partner status with Microsoft they ask our customers to complete a customer survey. The 2011 results are just in and are outstanding.
One of the most important questions is: How would you rate the competitive advantage provided to your company by using Pierhouse rather than using any other company that provides similar solutions, services, products, support, etc.? Our score for 2011 has improved by over 45% taking Pierhouse comfortably above many other partners. More importantly it demonstrates that our customers understand NetTickIT and are able to capitalise on the functionality that it offers.
Our ratings for Overall satisfaction, Likelihood to recommend, quality of Sales, quality of Support, quality of Communications and Overall value received have all continued to improve too. A big thank you to all of our customers who completed the survey.
